M1NT Cannes occupies 2 acres of sculpted gardens within a 15,000 square foot property comprising private dining rooms and a 25-meter swimming pool with surrounding decks catering up to 400 guests for dining or cocktail receptions. M1NT Cannes launched in May 2007 with Basement Jaxx performing live to 1500 guests, including “Hollywood’s A-list celebrities and powerbrokers.” The following night Ivana Trump hosted a private reception to celebrate her birthday at the villa. M1NT has a long term lease on the £20 million property, with the option to extend this agreement.
