In his work at M1NT, our resident mixologist is able to combine his two chief passions in life: mixing up new and interesting tailor-made cocktails, and indulging people with his creativity. Growing up wanting to be a chemist - Danielo's party lifestyle as a student soon put paid to that idea!! - creating cocktails was the next best thing. He started his career at the Harrington Bar in London, the club owned by legendary former Rolling Stone Ronnie Wood, where he delighted the rich and famous with his concoctions. "I have a natural tendency to mix ingredients", says Danielo. "I am fascinated by flavors, textures and colors. That's my recipe for being a good mixologist."
