It's an innovative business model for club ownership and membership, and the first of its kind in China. Offshore shareholders receive a percentage of the company’s profits whilst enjoying exclusive access to and use of some of M1NT more private facilities, such as the shareholders' terrace, without paying an annual membership fee. This unique business model is based on the proven idea that ownership encourages patronage, in turn reducing the costly marketing and promotion expenses incurred by traditional club operators. Non-shareholding M1NT members pay annual fees to enjoy the club's facilities. In addition, shareholders and members alike can enjoy reciprocal access to other M1NT venues and partner clubs around the world.
